New Year, New Adventures!

It has been suggested that planning and anticipating a vacation sometimes brings us more joy than going on vacation itself.

So here are some of our favorite experiences in Northern California that are sure to kick off your vacation planning in style!

After October’s devastating wildfires, Napa is open for business; and few experiences can top a morning hot air balloon ride soaring over the lush Napa Valley.  For an unforgettable night’s stay before the ride, may we suggest Las Alcobas, an adults-only oasis for all-purpose luxuriators.

Glamping at Safari West, the Sonoma Serengeti.  Learn more about the incredible story of how not a single animal was lost when the raging Napa fire raced through this wildlife preserve last October — and there are over 1,000 of them.

Every Tuesday evening Several hundred people of all ages, from all over the city, of many different faith affiliations, including none, gather at the Grace Cathedral’s Labyrinth as one to practice yoga in the darkened cathedral.  Everyone is welcome, and they even provide yoga mats if you did not travel with one!

China Live is one of the biggest openings to hit San Francisco in quite some time and what better way to dive into a multi-sensory experience than taking their world-famous Dim Sum (translated literally means “touch of the heart”) dumpling making class; the class is intimate, hands on, and led by a Dim Sum Master.

Not for the faint hearted! You now can zip line through the redwoods or take an aerial adventure course set high above the famed California Redwood forest floor.  Established in 1906, tucked deep in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Mount Hermon Adventure gives a new meaning to “into the woods”.

Everything we do is with great care and personalized just for you. We’d love to hear about the places and activities that interest you. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email. Visit our website to learn more!

I look forward to seeing you soon,
