Hospitality has never simply been my profession—it has been the foundation of my life’s work.
For more than thirty years, I have had the privilege of serving discerning travelers from around the world, creating experiences defined not by itineraries, but by genuine relationships, thoughtful details, and a sincere commitment to caring for every guest.

My journey began at the age of ten, working alongside my family in our restaurant. It was there I discovered that exceptional hospitality is not measured by efficiency alone, but by how people are made to feel. That lesson has remained with me throughout my life.
At eighteen, I embarked on a remarkable journey to Japan, where I opened a restaurant franchise in a new market while immersing myself in the language, customs, and culture. Living abroad gave me a profound appreciation for the importance of listening, understanding, and anticipating the needs of guests from every corner of the world. Those experiences continue to influence every journey we create today.
My professional career was further shaped during eleven years with The Ritz-Carlton, where I received formal hospitality training under one of the world’s most respected luxury hotel brands. During that time, my mentor, Hervé Humler, shared a philosophy that would become the guiding principle of both my career and The Platinum Concierge:

As a native San Franciscan, I have spent a lifetime exploring the remarkable history, neighborhoods, landscapes, wineries, and hidden places that make Northern California one of the world’s most extraordinary destinations. Long before I began welcoming guests professionally, I was captivated by the stories that exist beyond the guidebooks. That lifelong curiosity allows me to introduce our guests not only to iconic landmarks, but also to the authentic character and spirit of California.
Over the years, I have been honored to earn the confidence of an exceptionally discerning international clientele.
